We want to thank all our patients for their support over the past 30 years. Your referral to a friend, family member, co-worker is one of the greatest compliment we can receive. Many of our new patients come from referrals already, and now we want to show our appreciation for it by introducing our patient referral reward program.

How does the Patient Referral Reward Program work?

The program is very straight forward. Have a look at the image above. When you refer one patient you will receive a $10 gift card to Starbucks, for the second referral a $25 gift card to the movies, the third referral rewards you a $50 gift card to Zabar's - our personal favourite local grocery store - and for the fourth referral we will reward you with a $75 gift card for Amazon! Also, starting at the beginning of 2019, every referral gives you an entry for our Quarterly Prize Contest! Every three months we'll do a raffle contest and give away an awesome price. The quarterly price and winner will be announced on Facebook so make sure to like the Westside Family Dental Facebook Page!

Referral definition and rules

A referral is an individual that is not currently a patient of record. To be eligible to collect your prize, the referred patient must be qualified, which means they must come in to the office and have an exam, x-rays and a cleaning completed. Once four referrals are reached, the referral program starts over again.
